Bike 43 isn't just dedicated to designing a low-maintenance quality bike that can survive intensive usage, they also care about the environment and creating a workplace for those with disabilities.
Local production is aimed at limiting the impact on mother earth and their Brussels factory is an ‘adapted work environment’ that allows those with minor handicaps, to work in a skilled trade. The founder of Bike 43, Etienne Richelle, has now spent over five years training this team to become brilliant mechanics.
